3.5 Complaints
[5] The delivery of dropz cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of damaged goods, as they are foodstuffs. For dropz accessories, the delivery can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt and non-use. The transportation costs for the exchange of accessories must be borne by the customer. In the event of a return, the customer will be issued a voucher for the value of the product.
